Getint Jira DC app - Connection issues due to Firewall configuration

Issue: Getint Jira DC app is unable to connect to various collaboration tools due to one of the below errors
502 Bad Gateway
503 Service Unavailable
504 Gateway Timeout
Temporary failure in name resolution
Description: This error message ideally occurs if Getint is being configured on internal DC network. The error could mean that the relevant URL cannot be reached and this could happen if there are internal FW rules setup on the Jira DC server
Solution: We need to advise the reporter to check with internal network if there are FW rules in place on the Jira DC server. Accordingly, the relevant URLs needs to be whitelisted from the Jira DC server
