Integrations:

Jira-Related Integrations:

For integrations involving Jira, we primarily distribute our apps through the Atlassian Marketplace, offering an alternative direct purchase option for those unable to access the Marketplace.

• License Per Integration: Each Jira integration is considered a single license. For example, integrating Jira with ServiceNow requires one license. • Unlimited Projects and Fields: With just one license, you can synchronize an unlimited number of projects, fields, and tasks across two instances (e.g., 1x Jira to 1x ServiceNow). For Jira-to-Jira integrations, licenses are required for both instances.

• Pricing Structure: The cost for Jira integrations varies based on the Jira version and the number of users, adhering to Atlassian Marketplace guidelines. View our apps and pricing here.

Non-Jira Integrations:

For integrations between tools like Asana, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Wrike, GitLab, GitHub, and Trello without involving Jira, we offer a simple fixed fee structure. Each license covers the integration from 1x Instance A (e.g., Asana) to 1x Instance B (e.g., Azure DevOps), facilitating a seamless connection between your chosen platforms. Network License:

Organizations requiring multiple integrations, such as 3x Jira with 2x ServiceNow and 4x Asana, can benefit from our special network license offer. Learn about network licenses.

Flexible License:

Managed services companies integrating with numerous other companies will find our flexible license particularly advantageous.
