How do I extend the trial of getint.io?
Sometimes, the standard Trial time is not enough, and you simply need more time. That's fine.
Maximizing the capabilities of Getint may require additional time beyond the standard trial. If you find yourself needing more time to evaluate its powerful features, here's a straightforward guide to extending your trial period:

For Jira Cloud Users:
Reach Out to Getint Support:
Initiate a conversation with our support staff through our support channel or the chat feature within the app.
Detail your extension request, including your company name, contact email, the reason behind the extension, and any specific needs you might have.
Remember to capture a screenshot of the ticket - it validates the approval of your extended trial period.
Creating a Ticket with Atlassian:
Sign in at the Atlassian support portal.
Use the dropdown menu to select "Billing, payments, and pricing", navigate to "Product Trials", and then click on "Extend product trials".
Inform which product you’re using and request an extension for a third-party app - that’s us, Getint.
Attach the previously obtained approval screenshot from our support and submit your details.
Anticipating Approval:
The Atlassian team will take the wheel from here, assessing your request. You’ll be notified of the verdict. If approved, your trial period will be gracefully extended.
For Jira Server/Data Center Users
To Extend your trial, you need to generate a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace.
Extend Your App Trial in a second:
Jira Server apps offer a generous extension possibility - up to five times, which means you could enjoy Getint for up to half a year!
Head over to 'Manage apps' within the Jira Administration.
Find the Getint app and erase the existing license key. Then click update.
Hit the "Free Trial" button to request your free trial
You will be directed to a new page, select the fields and click “Generate License”
On the new page, select “Apply license” and enjoy another 30 days of free trial.
