Filtering for specific fields

Filters allow you to narrow the list of tickets to be synchroized as part of the integration process. For example, you may want to sync only tickets of specific status or specific assignment group. Getint allows such flexibility to filter out the relevant tickets before sycing them accordingly to the other side. You can achieve this using the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the Jira → ServiceNow integration or vice versa
