# Partners

Getint runs a dedicated partner program for IT consulting firms, software development companies, and Atlassian, Microsoft, and ServiceNow partners. If you implement integrations for your clients or resell solutions in these ecosystems, the program gives you the licensing, support, and commercial terms to do it well.

### What You Get <a href="#what-you-get" id="what-you-get"></a>

* **Premium SLA** with prioritized handling and faster response targets than our standard plan.
* **Product demos** you can run for your customers.
* **Free trial licenses** to build and test before you commit.
* **Custom branding** so the solution fits your offering.
* **Additional discounts** on Getint licenses.
* **Marketing support** to help you promote joint solutions.
* And more, tailored to how you work with clients.

### About the Premium SLA <a href="#about-the-premium-sla" id="about-the-premium-sla"></a>

**Our standard support responds to every Getint customer** within one business day, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 22:00 CET, with coverage across the Brazil, Venezuela, and Poland time zones, and tickets prioritized by impact (P1 to P4).

Partners receive a premium SLA on top of this. Your tickets are routed ahead of the standard queue and handled to tighter response targets, so the issues your customers raise get attention sooner. This pairs with presales product demos and onboarding guidance, giving you reliable backup at every stage of a client engagement.

### Who It Is For <a href="#who-it-is-for" id="who-it-is-for"></a>

* IT consulting companies delivering integration projects.
* Software development companies building on Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and related tools.
* Atlassian, Microsoft, and ServiceNow partners adding integrations to their portfolio.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.getint.io/licensing/partners.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
